Self-serve product analytics for B2B SaaS teams, billed per monthly tracked user with three tiers and a free 50,000-event sandbox.

Plan tiers

Tessera offers three plans. The Starter plan is $49 per month and includes 25,000 monthly tracked users (MTUs), 30 days of data retention, and three seats. The Growth plan is $299 per month and includes 100,000 MTUs, 18 months of retention, unlimited seats, and SAML SSO. The Scale plan is custom-priced and adds VPC isolation, audit logs, a 99.95% uptime SLA, and dedicated EU data residency.

Free tier

Every workspace gets a free sandbox of 50,000 events per month indefinitely. Sandbox workspaces have a 14-day data retention window and are limited to two seats. There is no credit card required to create a sandbox workspace.

Overage and billing

Annual contracts are billed up front and discounted 18% relative to monthly. Overage on MTUs is billed at $0.0008 per additional user per month, capped at 200% of the plan's base allowance. Customers can downgrade plans at any time; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

What is not included

Session replay is not included on any tier as of the 2026 pricing schedule and is sold as a $79/month add-on. White-label dashboards are Scale-only. Tessera does not currently offer a perpetual license; the product is subscription-only.
